Established owner-operated businesses and growing companies between roughly $1M and $50M in revenue. We work with founders who want a considered financial partner rather than an annual compliance transaction.

How is your pricing structured?

We work almost exclusively on fixed monthly retainers, scoped from a short discovery. There are no billable-hour surprises — the scope, deliverables and fee are agreed in writing before any work begins.

Can you take over from our existing accountant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We handle the transition entirely — the ethical letter, file transfer and prior-year review — and brief you on anything material we find along the way.

Do you offer virtual CFO services?

Yes. Our Virtual CFO engagements are retained relationships that include monthly management accounts, cashflow forecasting, board packs and quarterly strategic reviews with a partner.

Where are you based, and do you work interstate?

Our studio is in Melbourne, and roughly a third of our clients are elsewhere in Australia. Most of our work is delivered digitally, with in-person meetings scheduled quarterly where useful.

Yes. We are a Registered Tax Agent, a CPA Australia Member Firm, and carry professional indemnity and cyber-liability cover appropriate to a practice of our size.
